    I reckon they should announce a new Addiction or at least put a warning on the L.M dolls -

    BECAUSE I AM OBSESSSSSSSEEEEDDDD with them! i can't stop looking abnd wanting and asking and getting you can order 2 grrrr i swore i wouldn't order anymore...ahhhhh someone save me.....lol

    sorry i just am obsessed!

    WAHOOOO i've finished college for 8 weeks, i am going to earn over £1000 this summer, and most likely blow most of it on dolls and going out lol but it'll be worth it!

    My mum is letting me order DUCK wahoooo! PLUS, she wants to find out how much cheaper it would be to order 2 dolls at the same time...

    I still need to think about the customs tho, thats likely to be about 50 - 60 pounds but i'll see, i am soooo happy.

    Hiya
    I haven't posted in here for a few days, well assuming everything goes acccording to plan, then little skater should be arriving at the shop this friday even though my hopes aren't high!
    I am so pleased he is the only doll I am getting I mean I think they are all sweet these ooak dolls but I find them a bit *too* real for my liking and I know that little Skater or should I say *Zach* is going to be very special to me.
    Once I have him thats it I am not a doll collector I just happen to like LM dolls :-)even so one is enough for me.
    ps I made him an album, at themoment there are only pictures that other people have taken. I will find the url for it later.

    Hi people..
    About the doll I re-did.
    It is not illegal to sell them since they are not the dolls the company sells, they are re-done so they can't claim you re-sold their doll and anyway, since it is illegal not to want a personal item and sell it?
    The above I know cause I happen to know a person who does this and he says he consulted a lawyer.

    At the moment I am not selling dolls of that kind but I am seriously thinking about it.
    If I do, it will be an OOAK and you can order it anyway you want her/him to be..

    I will make a couple more to make sure I can give you the best quality and then let you know whether I can sell those :) THey are very heavy to hold you know (5lbs) and are floppy like real babies..

    Lainy, you can get that look if you trim a wispy wig enough! Try it..

    Ok, a few years ago I had these really small hard plastic baby dolls (they where about 2") If you put them in the freezer their diaper changes color..
    My mom got rid of them years ago but i want to buy some again...

    Hello Sue!
    I was going through the archives and I read about you wanting to know the "feel" of Daisy Time and Young @ Heart. Well in order for you to know the REAL feel, you'll have to pick one up! BUT the difference is Young at Heart is a TODDLER, which means the vinyl goes up her arms a fair bit, as well as up her legs, enabling her to wear short sleeves (not tanks) and shorts! Daisy Time has the feel of a real NEWBORN, more floppy! There is also the INFANT which is a new release for the Eva Helland dolls and I don't know what they feel like LoL! There is also, last but not least, the FULL TODDLER body! My Kennedy has this body! It's on all three of the Pampers Kids, as well as Let's Play, and Walk in the Park-it may also appear in the new catalogue I'm not sure! These babies have full vinyl arms and legs, so they can wear sleevesse shirts and undies! Very cute for summer p.j's! Her body is stiffer, but still fun to cuddle! So thats the difference!     I e.mailed the Webmaster at QVC, the Sky Shopping channel about the possibility of showing the Lee Middleton dolls and received a letter back saying my suggestion has been passed onto the buyers, so, fingers crossed, we might get the chance to buy our favourite dolls from QVC.

    Precious in his sight should be being re-delivered today, they tried Friday but i was away for the weekend and no-one was home.
    i am sooo tired, i went to Butlins a holiday camp thing for the weekend and it was sooo much fun, me and my 2 best friends went and we just laughed all the time, we met loads of men and danced with some and even had them post their underwear ( =;Op ) hehehe through our windows lol, oh god it was hilarious! i guess you'd have to be there to understand. But some 32yr old guy has 3 photo;s of us on a digital camera from the night out lol he is going to email them to me lol!

    Some time ago I posted a message about the H2oh babies which might have been misunderstood and unfortunately caused a huge stir in the doll community so I feel that I owe some people some explanations and some others a big apology.

    THe H2oh babies are created by a very talented woman and are unique. The fact that she may be using the same molds as some other doll company does not mean in any way that she is "cheating"!! I fear that my message was read only in the "bad" parts of it and no-one noticed that I was speaking for myself or that I was telling everybody how great those babies are and how this lady is so great for making them!

    I do apologize for any harm my post might have caused! The molds of some dolls are owned by many artists and the use of those molds is free to them. The fact that the Spanish company has those molds too does not mean that the other doll artists are "cheating"...In my post I expressed my husband's opinion (which for a while I admit that I had adopted) that why pay all that money when I can make my own dolls...Thus I gave the impression that somehow I encouraged others to do the same...I can never make a baby like an H2oh. That is the creator's inspiration and not mine. I can never copy her work and it is not my intention anyway!

    I am genuinely and honestly, very very sorry for the stir I caused by expressing my opinions so openly and foolishly without thinking of the possible consequences those might have to others. I sincerely hope that the parties involved will in time find it in their hearts to forgive me.

It should be noted that the lady that makes those babies, *never* implied that she makes the molds herself, it is clearly stated in her website that she doesn't and I never said that I will copy and sell her work. If her work inspired me to make a doll for my own personal use, then I don;t think it is a crime. What was wrong of me was the way I said it..I am sorry

    Guess what? Primary Bear arrived on friday!!!!! He is so adorable. I changed his name to Kevin Daniel cause once I saw him I didn't think that he looked like a Brian anymore! He's on my lap now.....in his new outfit I bought yesterday. It's a 3 quarter sleeved shirt with balloons on it covered by overalls!!! It's so cute. He's sooo cute!!! I wish I could post pics.....but.....I don't have a digital camera:(

    Just wanted to remind you that the Cutest Doll Competition is ending this Sunday. Please vote until then.

    The next competition will be starting on Monday.
    It is themed: Cutest Siblings. You must send a "posed" picture of your babies (brother/sister or brother/brother or sister/sister) doing something. I.e. playing together, or fighting or sleeping (use your imagination). Hints: the props and the general scennery count too, also the clothes count and you must have a caption to explain the picture. You will have until the 15th July to enter your babies.

    Only two babies per picture. One entry per mother.
    The dolls can be of any doll company as long as they are vinyl and over 17" long.

    Prizes:
    For the winning couple, full real baby sets and Little Wonders T-shirts with printed picture of the winning babies.
    Baby set includes: Disposable Pampers diapers, feeding bottles, pacifiers, bibs, booties and hats and wristbands. Also a printed certificate of winner.

    Hi Guys!

    I have hit the jack-pot LoL! With lots of babysitting jobs, and allowance, I will have about $425 dollars at the end of July. Plus with birthday money coming in August, I think I'll be rich! ;) Also, I've been referred to for a job at the hospital making $11 an hour, not to shabby for a 14 year old (actually I'll be working when I'm 15!) Anyhow, this means that I'll be able to afford a whole new wardrobe, and a few babies! I haven't made a list of boy names, but I have made a list of girl names for Best Friend Bear and Summer Angel (I may also get Zebra Print)!

    Im having I don't know if your would call it a dilema but I would lol.

    I finally showed my mom Animal Parade. *I always show her AFTER I order or buy them so she can't say anything lol*
    Not that she would as I buy all my babies myself.

    My mom is never freaking out over my babies. When they do get here though she does swoo over them. Tanner I am positive is her favorite. But she is supportive and worst case she rolls her eyes lol.

    When I get my babies I always ask for her opinion on what to name them. I don't always use it but I do get her input. She named Tanner. When I showed her Animal Parade today she smiled and said she liked her. Especially after I told her she had auburn hair. Then I told her the name I had chosen. Her first name has been picked but the middle name(s) haven't. She HATES the name I chose, which made me feel bad. I love that name for her and am already used to it for her. The name I have chosen is Braelie/Braelea. In some small way I feel obligated to change it. Should I to make her happy?? I was thinking and her name will probably be Braelie Autumn Mekenna Or Braelie Mekenna.
    Any input?

    Ok, WHY can't i find any lm dolls near me? the closest is in south-germanny (regensburg) wich is about 2 days in a car... we mightgo there when we come back from our holiday to italy (please mom, please dad!!) but that's still 5 weeks away...
    Shipping from the usa to here is about 60-100 or more guilders... lord, I could buy 2 berenguers baby fat dolls, or a small wonder lm for that!!

    OK I know I am too old for this behavior but I can't help it!
    THEY ARE HERE..Carrie's Junior Executive (formerly known as Connor now renamed to Dominick Sean) and her Berenguer doll (now called Taylor Carrie Lynn - after Carrie, her first mother)..
    I can't believe it only took them 3 days to send the package! Up until now the Greek post offices were very sluggish!! I have gotten anything from the States in less than 2 weeks!! I am at the office right now and I opened the package the minute it got here (you should have seen the faces of my colleagues!) I am in love, lol!!

    Can't wait to get home! (hey boss, can I take the rest of the day off??)

    Hi everyone,
    Sorry I couldn`t get things sorted out sooner, but we have a difficulty with the time difference here. I am in the U.K.
    If I had seen the posts earlier they would have been removed straight away. I have enabled the I.P. numbers now so we can check on who is trying to cause problems.
    Before I removed the offending posts I copied the I.P. numbers down and here they are.

    as the poster has an AOL account the last two blocks of numbers change slightly everytime they log on.
    It was definatley not our Kate who posted those messages.

    I am sooo happy, i showed my mum Carrie's online album last night and she fell in love with Morgans Face (peek a boo) and i said that I love America boy has that face, and she was like and you want him right...i was like yeah i want him so badly. So she said to email the lady i ordered Precious in his sight off of and ask when she is getting him in and the girl, and she said i could borrow the money to pay for them both so we cut down on shipping fee's etc. I am soooooooo happy i can't wait for her to email back!

    P.s i named Precious in his sight - i was lying in bed and couldn't sleep because it was too hot and his face appeared and the name Toby instantly sprang to mind, so thats what i am calling him -Toby Lewis what do you guys think.

    Do you think you can delete the messages from the forum? I believe that Kate did not do this and that Gabi's explanation stands..That someone is fooling around..
    Which means this can happen to anyone..Anyone can sign with anyone's name!

    I know you don't have the time to read the posts before they come out because they are too many but can you at least delete them?

    I also suggest we all make nametags even though that is not a fool-proof solution either. THose can been stolen too!

    Sue i have an idea, i think maybe if possible could you make it so that IP addresses are showen, this is the ONLY way to make sure the person is who they say they are. I seem to remember the IP addresses in the BC forum, but was that with the other company?
