Hey Gabi..
THe answer to your question is yes..If yo0ubought the same doll from different stores it would look the same in both cases.

For instance..the LM doll Ribbons and lace has the same face with Little Treasure and Daisy Time..
Pampers kid asian is winter wonder etc.
LM has about 10-20 faces and 2 body types and by changing hair color and eye color and of course body type and clothes, it creates all the different variations of the dolls you see.
I find this to be a good thing cause I really like the toddler body so I can find any face I want with the body I prefer!
