first of all, the grooves on both sides of the gun aren't barrels.Have you not seen a revolver up close.The blade itself is the barrel but it doesn't have a hole because it's magic.if you planned on making one fully functional, your best bet would be to mold a barrel inside the blade.But this would make the blade weaker.And if you have a blacksmith make you one out of titanium your looking at 5 grand or more because it would take him over a year to make and a couple thou just to get the fire hot enough to melt the metal which would probably mess up the temper and make the blade weaker.It would also probably have to be acid sharpined.But if you wanted to bring the cost down below $1000 and still have it as strong as steel and light at the same time you could use aircraft grade 6050 aluminum. Swords-online sells clouds buster sword made out of this metal for about $250.
