Actualy, speaking as a journeyman (I'm a kind of low class blacksmith really) You first off would want a SWORDSMITH to make the blade, because most blacksmiths I've met don't know how to make a decent blade. Second, the titanium could be cut in a day using a water cutter, Water cutters are the most effective tool I've found for cutting metal, and it's versatile so it can engraved the design into the blade with no deformation because no heat is generated. Just thought I'd point out those facts.
