They can kill off CSM any time. As for Samantha--how about both Mulder and Scully being abducted and taken to where Samantha is? There is a whole series there (shades of Star Trek maybe but I like that show too sometimes). I for one, would like to know what really is out there--the technology possibilities absolutely fascinate me.

Let's hope that they don't wait that long to make movies!!!I took my family to the first one and they caught onto the plot very quickly after I gave them a quick character synopsis. You're right--there are a few loose ends to wrap up--especially with the syndicate member's early history with Mulder's father and mother. I still have questions about those relationships--including CSM and Tina Mulder. (Which is why I like mysteries that explain things at the end.)
