Subject: I don't think Scully was ever 'Lonely'....
In reply to: kande 's message, "Milagro" on 03:02:48 05/31/02 Fri

I think what she said about loneliness being a choice really made sense. She chose to do what she did, she opted for the life that she was leading. Sure it had it's down points but weighing the pro's and con's....she wants to be there.

What always had me baffled with this episode was if Scully was really attracted to the weasly writer boy? He didn't seem her type at all. It always bothered me that the writers (all male I believe) made it seem Scully was interested in the guy but he was such a dweeb. Scully goes for the tall smart, quick thinking men who had furniture. Not for a no-life.

But thats just my opinion. And after I have had a few glasses of wine.
