Sooo....what's the consensus on X-Cops? Just Scully/GA, please.

I can see people being annoyed that Scully wasn't being totally supportive of Mulder. But I thought her behavior was perfectly in character. She's embarrassed to have her part in this investigation aired on national television. Who could blame her? Just because she's willing to investigate these cases doesn't mean she wants the world to know. Remember in Pilot that Mulder warns her that she has to be able to back up what she puts in her reports.

The hiding behind the doors, walking away from the cameras, the exasperation at the autopsy. Wonderful! GA did a fine job.

As far as the whole plot goes, well, did anybody see that godawful movie "Sphere"? Same plot idea, only XF did it a bit better. The plot didn't interest me so much as watching M&S and how they reacted to being filmed. I loved the scene where Mulder is talking and Scully asks if he's talking to her, and he points to the camera.

I also have mixed feelings about Steve & Edie. There are rarely gay characters on the show so the stereotyping bugged me. But I must admit to being amused by them (those names!).

krh, anxious to hear your thoughts
