Subject: She looked a little taken back at his blunt question before she shrugged a bit, her brow furrowed. "I'm not really...angry with you..." She pursed her lips, gazing behind her to the closed door before she looked back to him again. She definately missed the little touches she had grown so accustomed to recieving and giving to him but she had to be strong now. "I just..." She didn't want to come right out and say that she was hurt but it was written all over her beautiful features as she bit her lip and fiddled with the pen once again. For someone who had such control and eloquence in front of groups she was at a terriable loss right here with just him as her audiance.

  • "What did I do?" Shifting to lean forward in his chair, elbows resting on his knees and fingers linking together, he was almost pleading with her to enlighten him. He hated to think that she was hurt because of something he had done and hoped that maybe that wasn't the case. It just didn't make any sense to him and he had so much trouble with that sort of thing - logic was a major part of his life and things that weren't logical just confused him to no end.
