...but then I have always supported Warrick/Cat and Sara/Gris and let Nick and Greg carry the burden of dating and storylines involving women who enter the picture for one episode. I know you, IG, don't support G/S with me...but I was interested to see you were not against Warrick/Cat. I think C/W have the best chance of a normal relationship on the show...they are both level-headed people who have defeated addiction. And Warrick seems to have a genuinely caring nature. I don't think too many people have cared for Cat in her life...and she could do with some sweet loving from a young man.

I don't think CSI should EVER be about ships. I think it should continue as it has done...with the personal lives of the CSI added in as brief seasoning. With that approach they could well have C/W involved in a healthy relationship to act as foil for the Gris/Sara dance of the emotionally damaged. There is no need at all to devote much episode time to the private lives of the players...as a matter of fact...I think it is much more interesting as a mystery. Not that it ISN'T happening...and lord help us...not that it should become a silly charade ala Mulder/Scully...but just let it be something off-screen.

Because I am not at ALL pulling for time in the sheets or pages of melodrama...but instead pulling for...well...what we've been getting the past few years...with only a slight clarification. I think the clarification is needed because IG thought they were pushing Cat/Gris when indeed (according to the PTB in the CSI Companion) they always meant to be about Gris/Sara with Cat as his good friend offering him love-life advice.
