Traveler

Did anybody else watch the premiere of this summer series last night?
It was pretty good. Elements of "The Fugitive" and a shadowy conspiracy type thing a la XF. Also, IMHO, elements of the Duke rape scandal, as it focused on male college students from an elite university being accused of heinous crimes that they (and the audience) knows they didn't commit.
IF the network execs just let it run as a "summer only" series and wrap up the storyline by the end of August, this has the potential to be pretty interesting. But it needs an ending. If they try to drag it out for a full season or longer, I can see it getting stale fast. This show is a good argument for the return of the mini-series. I'll watch it for 10 or 12 eps, but then I doubt the premise will hold up longer than that.
I won't say too much more, but I hope somebody else here is watching this. It would give us something to "talk" about in this forum over the summer.
