I've never heard of California Tortilla! Must be an east coast thing where they pretend it's what Californians eat. I wouldn't even know what California Mexican food is. Since we have such a high population of mexicans living here I think most of the mexican food is pretty authentic.

Baja fresh Originated in Thousand Oaks, CA,where I lived when I was little. It wasn't there then. I only first tried it a few years ago. They seem to be all over the place now out here. I didn't know it had spread so far east. Yeah i like to get two meals there and save one to have a couple of days later. They give you a lot of food!

I like shrimp but I'm not that keen on seafood anyway. I don't like lobster and the one time I had mussles made me want to gag.

Yeah it's good when a local can recommend a good resturant or you can always ask the hotel concierge.

What does Cosi have? Another west coast chain I like is Coco's.
A business trip to Hawaii? What a cushy job? ;-D
