The punk-rock looking character you've seen in the promos is Abby. She's the main lab chick. She's *extremely* good at her job and willing to work really long hours, so they overlook how she dresses. . .although they do usually have one ep a season where she has to testify to her findings in court and is thus forced to dress normally, which she hates.
Agent Lee -- it might be "Li" -- is a new, Asian-American agent. If they've ever mentioned her first name, I don't remember what it is. She's actually very conservative and by-the-book, which is why it was so funny to see her suddenly ripping off Palmer's clothes.
