When Tony woke up from his operation, he supposedly asked to speak to Jack. Now, it had been established that Tony knew that Jack was alive. But at the time he went into the hospital, wouldn't he have been under the impression that the only two people who KNEW that Jack was alive were himself and Chloe?
Unless he was speaking to her (and he wasn't) why would he ask to speak to Jack? Granted, Jack was running around the CTU building, but how could Tony have *known* that??
