Very ambitious. Going to see more and more buy games as a primary way to generate NIL money. Hopefully, we see the men's entire ooc schedule soon.

My concern with playing all these games, is that it limits our chance of having a good record. We need to attract more fans and a losing or a barely over 500 record isn't going to help.

It's very much a catch 22. You're either going to lose games because of the stiff competition or you're not going to have the NIL money necessary to attract good players - and you'll lose to lesser competition. Quite a balancing act.

on their ooc schedule is Eastern Michigan and the return of Sahar and those who followed her to Ypsilanti. I have it on very good authority that this game is the result of an inharmonious parting and a buyout dispute between Sahar and Canisius.

Agree that it’s not the norm, it's possible for the buyout to be structured to include a potential game as a way to lessen the financial compensation owed. For example, in a specific instance, a coach's contract mentioned that the buyout amount could be reduced if the new school scheduled a game with the old school.
