I agree with the point about the cue, DJ box & student card. Abandoning upstairs however, I don't agree with. Having a quiter, more relaxed area is always a good move; from Room to Pozition, they all have them, and they're there for a reason. However, you can't ignore the fact that come 11:30pm upstairs is always packed & turning it into a coffee bar would deprive many regular, loyal customers, their Saturday night out...
