Grenith eyed the males. Ah, so they were still following her! Could they do another task?

No, her G’rein-self reminded her, she had decided to make that the last task of the flight. Now she had to choose. This would be hard.

Myth was a fine, fine male, a little bigger than Golgith too. She liked the bigger ones. But Golgith and her seemed to both have the same kind of driving energy…their hides would counterpoint each other as well – vanity had nothing to do with it, though. She would have to choose on merit.

Now, to the riders. How odd that G’rein, the youngest of the three, felt no fear whatsoever! Did that mean anything? Maria, who had been terrified before, was now doing her best to allure him. Did that mean that only the dragonlust was making her do that? X’thrall, on the other hand, had wanted this (they hoped) since the beginning of the flight. But then, Maria did have a certain advantage – she was female.

G’rein was, after all, willing to try new things.

But this was GRENITH’S choice! She shrieked her defiance down to her rider, and flew up again, where it would be better to be caught. Now, which to choose…it was so hard! Not for fear of disappointing one, you understand, but for her pleasure only. She wanted to enjoy this flight, and she wanted her G’rein to enjoy it too.

Now, they were both catching up with her. She would have to choose, or fly away. So her choice would be made, and her flight-mate would be chosen by HER, and only her. She certainly knew NOW which rider G’rein preferred. But she would choose.

With a scream of triumph at her decision, she let the two males fly over her at the last moment, and reached up to grab on in a mating-hug, allowing herself to be caught by (or was it to catch?) one of the blues.

Golgith.

As she felt their bodies collide, she shrieked again, in pure pleasure at his touch. She hitched a ride on a passing breeze, to make the flight last longer, and allowed him finally to enfold her now-relaxed body win his blue one, and reached out her tail to twine with his, brining them slowly closer together.

Yes. This would be a very good one. She had done right not to make him expend too much energy.

On the ground, G’rein had stepped towards X’thrall just as Grenith made her decision. He chuckled amorously as he reached up a slow hand to stroke the bluerider’s hair gently back from his face, and with a surprising gentleness, as if he knew it was X’thrall’s first flight, he took the other rider’s hand and led him into the weyrs.

((Ahem. There, we fade into black, and emerge in the sleeping quarters…))

((ARGH! How could you do this to me????? It was so HARD! *Hisses* I’m sorry, Pup, but I don’t think he’s ever slept with a woman before, and X’thrall is more his type. i.e male. Gah! Why couldn’t one of you be really awful, and make it easy? (this coming from the girl who wanted longer posts…)
Nitesun, I’d like to post first in the sleeping quarters, as the “morning after”, if you don’t mind. It’s fun. And I’m sorry we don’t get to do a full RPing flight, I really am. But I don’t really feel all that comfortable with doing a male on male one in the same style as W’ntyr and Elaini’s. Do you mind? Reply in an OOC to this, if you want. And I didn’t just choose X’thrall ‘cause he’s male. You have great posting style!!!!!! Sorry if I sound a bit abrupt…))
