Rishanath screamed back as she heard the bronze and brown. Garneth was her friend, but not even he could catch her as she was! No one could catch her without first proving themselves worthy!

Elaini was Rishanath, but a bit herself as W'ntyr came. He held her close, but she couldn't enjoy it much as of now. For now, she was Rishanath. The brown could just as easily become her weyrmate. She saw the brownrider come up, and separated herself from both boys. For now, she was neither of them's girl. No matter how she would normally want to be with W'ntyr and no where near another man who might take her away from him, she was Rishanath, and unless Garneth caught her, Elaini and W'ntyr's dream could never be.

Rishanath beat effortlessly through the sky. She was ready to start! But, the males must wait for the bugle...
