The following is great news.Tim Charters is an assistant to Representative
Randy "Duke" Cunningham (from Oceanside, California)who is introducing a
bill (in the US Congress) to ban shark finning in US waters! This obviously
would override what the Hawaii government does or doesn't do(if they don't
pass their own bill). Looks like the future looks good for preventing shark
finning(in the USA, at least)if the Cunningham bill can eventually pass!
