Stewart ...
I've watched the new vid a "few" times ...
well ...
maybe more than just a few?! :)
Anyways ...
I just realized something ...
I have always wanted to see you cast in the role of a "sea captain" - I loved the sailing vessel! :)
And, I think it's very cool that your new vid made it's debut here on "Boxing Day" - "YO" ! :)
*** I'm a boxing fan of sorts myself!
You are planning to make more of these videos aren't you?!
- BC :)

Boxing day has nothing to do with boxing the sport, BC. LOL

The video is cute and it was great to see him in something again. He will always be a great actor no matter what part it is.

OK! :)
So, I'll admit ...
my analogy was a bit of a "stretch" re: "Boxing Day" ?! :)
but, you gotta admit ...
Stewart has taken a few "punches" over the past year or so, and came back "swingin' " ... ?! :)
YO! Stewart! I'm proud of ya !!!

He definitely has at that, BC.

That video was very informative. I know next to nothing about wine, but now I know Aussie wine is the BEST! ;)

Thanks for sharing this! It was nice to see him and to get a glimpse of his fun personality as well as hear him talk about one of his passions. You look great Stewart!

I love the video, I love his lightheartedness, as most of his characters have mostly been very serious. Nice to see him smiling and joking and enjoying himself.

So, can we submit questions to "the Wine Stewart" here
in hopes that they might be answered in future videos!

Re: wine barrels - What types of wood are the best? Can or should the barrels be re-used?

btw, I guess you already know that "Coopers" are barrel makers?!
Just in case you need an assistant of some sort ...
I know someone who'd be willing to work as an apprentice! :)

- mentioned in the video ...
- motto of the "Wine Stewart" - "Experiment"!
- found a "kinda cool" quote that I thought/hope you might like?! ...
- BC :)

“I learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavours to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours. He will put some things behind, will pass an invisible boundary; new, universal, and more liberal laws will begin to establish themselves around and within him; or the old laws be expanded, and interpreted in his favour in a more liberal sense, and he will live with the license of a higher order of beings. In proportion as he simplifies his life, the laws of the universe will appear less complex, and solitude will not be solitude, nor poverty poverty, nor weakness weakness. If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.”
- Henry David Thoreau

re: wine "nymphs" ...
The "Wine Stewart" may have been referring to a different "variety" of "nymphs"?! :)
But - being the "curious type" - I began a search ...

*** requesting permission from the "Wine Stewart" to disclose the contents of my "discovery"?!
The "discovery" is actually "kinda cool" - "entomologically" speaking! :)

Grape phylloxera...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Phylloxera_cartoon.png

microscopic, pale yellow sap-sucking insects, related to aphids, feed on the roots and leaves of grapevines ...

On "Vitis vinifera" - the "common grapevine" ...
the resulting deformations on roots ("nodosities" and "tuberosities") and secondary fungal infections can girdle roots, gradually cutting off the flow of nutrients and water to the vine.

"nymphs" ...
also form protective galls on the undersides of grapevine leaves of some Vitis species and overwinter under the bark or on the vine roots; these leaf galls are typically only found on leaves of American vines.

some "wine nymphs" perhaps ?! :) ...

- a "mantis" or "praying mantis"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mantisnymph.jpg

and, a "dragonfly" ...
