Yes, they do. Someone says the bar is full of Klingons which leaves O'Brien and Bashir are confused, because as far as they can see the only Klingon in the place is Worf. Finally picking out the TOS era Klingons, O'Brien and Bashir turn to Worf for an explanation. Genetic mutation?

"We do not speak of it." is Worf's only word on the subject. An excellent way to handle the whole thing!

Ah, that's a good episode!
