I got my ticket for the 21:30 screening. I would go to the midnight screening, but I have this thing called a job that I need to wake up for... actually, I'll probably be sleeping late on Thu night, but I'm hoping that the adrenaline rush will keep me going through Friday -- teehee.

I've seen purple lightsabres of the cheaper ($27) variety.
As for the larger electronic ones, I've only seen Anakin's, Obiwan's (which is just the Ep1 Obiwan light sabre repackaged) and Count Dooku's. They were $80 at David Jones. I picked up Obiwan's and one of my flatmates picked up Anakin's. It's been fun. I also found out that Macquarie Ice Rink doesn't let you skate whilst wielding a light sabre -- killjoys. :p

Those things still exist in the industrialised world??
Hell, even by developing nation standards that's pretty old (I say this because I once visited an office in Kuala Lumpur that was using 386s... but that's still a notch higher than what Flinders University's library is allegedly using -- yowwch!)

We might organise another Sydney meet before Tiger Convoy has to go back to Japan... so the meet will probably be some time in June.
