To me, it's your toys, do what you want with 'em(except maybe destroying them... that's just wasteful ;P ).

As far as customs go, I think as long as it's noted as a custom, it's alright. For example:

3 Jetstorms(1 original, 1 Cyclonus custom, 1 Jetfire custom)
2 Scourges(1 original, 1 Laser Rod Prime custom)

...and so on. So long as you don't pass off a custom as the real thing.

'Course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
