Hi, Sylvan or Kummon or any of the profession tutoring services will not help your child. They will take your money and your child might improve marginally after a lotof time. If you ask them directly about dyslexia they will tell you do not know how to remediate. You need to find a tutor (private school) or learn yourself to teach an orton gillingham system. A wonderful website is the international dyslexia association. I use the barton system. I learned it myself and my 6 year old after 4 long months is learning to read slowly and improving daily. It is a few year commitement but well worth it. Children of average intelligence will learn to read and write with the correct system. Best of luck!
