Angela- thank you so much for sharing. I had never heard of the Ortin-gillingham method. This is like a whole new world. My son also does most of his things at school orally. They let him do it on his own and he usually fails so they then do it orally with him and let him correct his mistakes because they know he knows the answers. Its unfortunate the kids have to struggle like this but its comforting to know my kid isn't alone. Thanks again!
