Did you already request an IEP meeting?. If not, you need to submit a written request so you have documentation. Also, have the neuropsychologist that diagnosed him come to the IEP meeting so they can advocate for your child. If it doesn't work, find the branch of the dyslexia association in your area, they can help you find an attorney.
