I am a 47 year old adult with dylexia and I can say in my own experience there are good days and their are bad days. I find on those days where we have had a string of days with gray nasty weather and I do not get as much exercise, I tend to have more problems with reading. It then becomes a concentration issue. I then notice it and it gets worse. Make sure you get plenty of excersize, drink water, watch having too much sugar, and relax and if you have a read-to-me feature on your computer or a Kindle use it on those days.

But what ever you do, keep reading and writing every day all of your life -- for me, these skill need to be used everyday, or my spelling, which is the first to go, really degenerates quickly.
