As I am in New South Wales in Australia I can't help you with specifics for where you live but as an educational administrator I would advise you to at least start with your child's school, who should be able to assist you. If not then go higher, here parents approach their local politician who have a vested interest in helping their voters. As a parent I would advise you to go to your school, and ask, nicely at first, for help. You have good advice from experts and specialists, so your school principal should be alerted for tyhe need to provide addtional support. Good luck!
