I don't know what causes all the guilt but I know what you mean. I think maybe it's the low self-esteem that tends to go with the depression...always feeling like you should do more, be something else. Always blaming yourself when something goes wrong. It's like we take the weight of the world on our shoulders, and it's exhausting.

Pulling the covers over your head sounds like a good deal to me. I had a headache all day yesterday, went to bed with it, woke up with it, took some medicine and it went away for a while but it's back!! My sinuses are a mess and this weather isn't helping at all. One day it's in the 70s and the next thing you know it's in the 40s and going down into the teens at night. Geesh...I wish it would decide what season to be and stick with it for a while, preferably spring.

You have a lot going on. When it rains, it pours, huh?
