Subject: New here & looking for some to talk to and support.

I am forever in and out of depression. I have been this way most of my life. Partly hertiage and partly growing up in a home with two combative drunks. I have been to ACOA groups but I am tired of hearing the same old line-I must always change everything about me-no one else has to understand or change. That in itself in depressing. I am on and off medication because I get angry about it, then decide I'm depressed and stop taking it. Up and down I go.
Perhaps, if I had someone to share my reasons for my depression and a different way to look at it, I could get a better outlook in general.
Tired of being stuck alone. Also I have been through varied situations in my life and hope I can offer hope and comfort to others here.
