Hi,
I love your name, Little One.... I think that describes how we all feel sometimes. I understand your love hate relationship with medicine, I feel that way too.... but I need it. Depression tricks us into thinking we are alone,
and sometimes we actually fall into the pattern of isolation because it is so darned tough to be social while having depression. I have had depression for all of my almost 40 years. I am on Zoloft now, and am seeing my therapist again. Do you see a therapist? I am glad you came to this board. It is a good place to vent and not be judged.
