Subject: a difficult time

hi to everyone
just to update everyone my pdr and i agreed to very gradually decrease the dosages of my meds right now i am at 30, we have been able to drop 2 tablests of one med. hopefully when i see my pdr this week we may decrease 1 more tablet, i have been doing as he has said and make sure i get my rest so as to be able for this to work. sounding pretty good eh?? well tonight i was on another chat room and i hada trigger,whammo here comes the depression once again, along with flashbacks and body aches, the tears r flowing and i cant seem to stop, i am trying my best not to get to thinking i will have to go back to square 1, but its scary once again, it sure has hit hard, the pain is unreal i am trying to go with it and trying to replace the flshback with a peaceful one...sorry to dump on u guys i guess hopefully it will pass, i will take my night meds and see if i can fall asleep. ty for listening. i hope all of u r coping with the day whatever it takes, please all take care and be gentle with yourself sincerely donna
