I am 36....so we are close in age. Is your husband supportive of all that you went through?? I'm not sure if you are married, or what...but that can help. If you talk to him, and get some of your feelings out..it may help.

Can I ask, are you on medication??? That really does help take the edge off things. I take 4 different medications to keep stable. I have bipolar disorder.

Oh that is so heartbreaking what your sister went through.
Could you possibly adopt an older child..perhaps 5-6 years old? We considered being foster parents once, but our house isn't big enough to give a child it's own room. Especially if it was a boy. I'm so sorry you are going through this hell. There is a way out of it...you have to believe that.

Depression lifts, but suicide is forever. Talk about some of those other problems if you would like. I have had one setback after another in my life. I just recently lost someone I really care about...there have been job failures, family problems, marital problems, etc...each played a heavy toll on me. But I got through it somehow...I don't know how, but right now I am ok....You will be ok too...
Please don't give up on yourself.

Love, Michelle
