Yes it's true that I do have a recovery support chat that I go to. I am in a 12 step program and that chat group has been my rock during this time while I have had to make so many changes in my life. My one year soberity date is Christmas day. One year that I decided to stop numbing my pain and face it. I have made a lot of changes towards my recovery and happiness.

BUT.. nothing has happened here to make me stop loving any of you. Sandy has done a terrific job of running a warm and loving depression support site and I applaud her success. I have just had so much to deal with in my life that I have been unable to keep up in all areas of my prior life. I have chosen to target my energy on my recovery. I hope that you can understand that.

Thanks everyone for asking about me. I wish I knew where you had heard that tidbit of information Jon as it is simply untrue.
