Hi,
Boy oh boy, you sure described some of my feelings too. It's bad enough to feel depressed and anxious, then to feel so guilty about it. I don't know what I expect from myself. Like I should zoom up like Superwoman and dutifully entertain nieces and nephews, clean and organize the house, etc. I have cannot seem to iron a pair of pants or anything else. So, as a result of my depression, my wardrobe is very limited. I just want to read. It is my reward for working all day and conquering the fear of getting out at all. I just ordered some new books on depression, so I can lay around depressed this weekend and read about depression instead of actually getting out and living life. Yikes. I take Zoloft and Xanax. I try to keep the Xanax at a minimum as it is very addicting.

Take care,

Francie
