Seek the help you need and deserve. You know you aren't coping well and there is no reason you shouldn't seek counsel, you don't have to tell them anything you don't want to. Just say you are afraid to let this go farther and hope they can advice you.

Look at all you HAVE done and despite the bumps and curves. you made a choice to move, find a job and... You, Bill, You did it. I know that sometimes it feels like we will never be able to stand on our own and feel comfortable in our own skin but deep down I know that we can. Hang in there!
