Subject: I had a powerful dream last night

It was strange, it was vivid, i awoke still dreaming and not really wanting to leave it just yet. It brought to mind why am i here, who am i, what am i. I think It was a metaphor for FEELING my FEELINGS....and not as a concept, cause i have it already as a concept......I think i have been afraid to feel some of my feelings......afraid that they would lead me to another depression..........It was a very feeling dream and i don't think I am afraid to feel all my feelings anymore. Anyway, i have some more feelings to explore. the dream brought up some interesting feelings and i think they might have come out of the weekend workshop i did and are now just surfacing after going thru my own processing in my own time. I am certainly not a dream expert, so i will think on this one for awhile and just be in an inquiry.
