I've had dreams like that, full of feeling. Sometimes good, but more often than not, mine were feelings that upset me, or situations in my life that I had kind of suppressed the feelings and they came back in a dream.

For instance my favorite grandma died in 1985. This was a woman who meant the world to me, I was closer to her than I was to my own mother. She was my best friend and the person I could always count on to understand me and to show me love. I was 24 when she died and I went through quite a bit of mourning at the time. A couple months ago, I was already under a lot of stress and I had a dream about her. It was so vivid. I could see her just as she was, clearly and I could hear her voice. Then in my dream I was at my mom's house trying to call my grandma and no one was home. Finally my mom and my uncle came and told me she had died. That's when I woke up to the alarm clock and I felt awful and depressed all day and even some the next day. After 16 years that still has the ability to hurt so much.

Sounds like yours may have been a little more pleasant.

Love,
Sandy
