In no way did I mean to insult anyone in the line of custodial, restaurant work, or what many consider "survival jobs", they are just as honorable as any other position, even the computer gurus (thanks for identifying that point with me Rosemary, great phone chat!), just saying some judge and look down on those positions. And it's wrong.
I for one am proud to help open a new restaurant, it's a change from the life and death grief and chaos of healthcare and maybe what I need at this point. Bussing tables or hosting, I'm a part of a team again.
