Hi Scott...I love to get lost in thought...that is where my peace is. Back in my hometown, I love to go to the Bridge that links the US to Canada. The St. Clair River that runs underneath that bridge is beautiful. To the north of the river is where Lake Huron starts. Along the river is a boardwalk that extends for a few miles. You can walk along this boardwalk, there are benches to sit, and you can fish or roller blade or whatever. I grab a bench and just sit and stare out at the water. I could sit there all day. It slowly unwinds me. All the tensions just seem to melt away when I am there. Even when I can't go back home, I can picture it in my mind when I am sitting in the living room, and I can still get that relaxing feeling. It is better than any drug, or any drink I could have....that is how I find my peace of mind.

Love, Mikki
