Subject: Where does your "Peace of Mind" come from?

I know everybody here has depression and a peacful serenity is hard to come by. Before I met Sandy, I'd get serene from long periods of solitude and positive introspective thinking. I'm never that alone anymore, which is a good thing for many reasons. One in particular is that its hard to go from being alone over a weekend to in the "rat race" come monday morning.

Being with Sandy and Matthew is a form of serenity but I still find myself trying to practice meditation and solitude. I guess this is about life style change and I wouldn't dream of things being different than they are for me presently. Just need to adapt myself to current conditions.

Thanks in advance for any ideas
Your Friend
Scott
