Hi Scott!

I find being with people draining also sometimes, though I think it beats the lonely feeling that comes with too much solitude. For me, I've found that taking sort breaks to be alone helps. About 30 minutes a day taking a walk, working in my garden, etc. allows me enough time to think. The other thing that my bf and I do is turn off the lights, cuddle and listen to music without talking. I've come to really enjoy that time. I get my thoughts but yet feel close to the man that I love. I'm glad that you get to experience this change in your life even if it feels so very different to you. I'm sure that you'll find what works for you, Scott.

Take Care,
Alice
