While I agree serenity comes within, whats going on around me affects it greatly. I don't fully understand why the experts of psychobabble don't acknowledge it that strongly. We react to external stimuli and obtain our state of mind from that. Being able to override that is a talent and requires alot of excercise to be strong and efficient. Since my environment has changed (marriage, job ect....) I'm overwhelmed with adapting to it all. Things will be right soon. I've had to adapt before.
