Oh...and phone calls home...to Caleb and my mom. I think, we all find that 'peace' in different ways. Me, I need to know EVERYONE...is ok and still there...then after a few phone calls and I love You's...it takes 20 minutes of soulful music and some aromatherapy...to unwind from a bad day or a bad week...or getting geared up to the week ahead. I used to write in a journal, but I find myself doing that less and less, since meeting Lorne. I tell him everything, so I don't need to write them down anymore.

You are right in needing this 'state' as everyone needs to be truly content with their lives. Maybe you have money problems, relationship problems...but if your mind is not healthy...where will the energy come from to deal with the rest of it.

Hope you find what you are looking for...my mom, she has a cup of tea...and listens to Creedence Clearwater. LOL. She is so cool.
