OMG Bill, I so know what you are talking about. We have a new boss...well, she has been with us 7 weeks, and she still says we need to cross train in other jobs. OMG, when in the hell are we supposed to do that and still get our own jobs done and keep service standards up. Management, if they don't remember what it was like in the working class..then they really are clueless. I am with you dude, don't get angry...do the best you can, and let them wallow in it after you leave. They don't even deserve the manual you are doing...though, to be honest, I would do the same thing.
