Sorry I can't be of more assistance, I have self-destructive ways, but they differ in content, I strongly encourage you though to find those who can understand, I know there have got to be more online support resources with people who cut and hurt themselves physically. You might also contact counseling centers near you or there are hotline numbers within depression support sites that might assist you as well.
