Subject: Naltoc is a huge problem

This is nothing new. When I typed "Naltoc" in the subject, I got 4-5 auto-complete suggestions, lol.

He wants to decide. He doesn't always know what is best, and he always disagrees, whether it is good or bad. Often he just issues commands, even when he doesn't have the command, contradicting the commander (more on this in my main board topic). On top of that, he has a tendency to only see things from his own perspective. Everything is about him and his spur of the moment.

Another thing I have noticed, is that he is beginning to become unpleasant to his surroundings. Today I asked on TS, if anyone knew if VANQUISH had a site. A perfectly normal question IMO, since not everything can be googled. And then he began to lecture me on googling, as if I was an idiot. On top of that he has several times implied that I was stupid, when I ask stuff - even though he should know that I am not as fanatic about knowing each little PvE detail as he is.
Today we had only gone 10 mins inside ZG when he began yelling at people, calling them idiots and threatening to kick them from the raid if they didn't stop combat-looting. Now, I know this is annoying, but we are still 20 people, and it must happen that someone does it. I have even done it myself when I didn't concentrate, because it is so natural when leveling.
You don't just call our alliance idiots and threaten them like that. Much of our current success depend on us being able to doing MC and field an ZG group every night (if we want to, which we often dont want to). We need the gear so we can compete in AB.
We can't have a guy, who behaves like a megalomaniac dominate our alliance and poisoning the general atmosphere between our guilds. I know we had a shitty run, but that doesn't justify destroying the relationship. It has to be pleasant to go out with us, also for our allies.

I must say I am becoming keen on kicking Naltoc from the guild. He is overall becoming a bad element IMO, and he still hasn't improved his teamplaying abilities one bit.

Im not saying we should kick him now, but I think that we should definitely watch him very closely - like putting him back on trial, without him knowing.

What do you guys think?
