well i know naltoc can be a pain in the ass sometimes, bet so can we all. And about " he is not listening part"...
He will listen, it all depends on how you talk to him.
dont provoke, just explain how you want something done, where and when...ofc he will not listen everytime, but i dont have the same problem you do.
So i dissagree to any actions like kicking him, unless he screws up real bad.

If you start to kick people for not listening and for wanting to take some initiative then you'll soon end up kicking half the guild.

And remember there are worse people out there and in the guild ( everyone knows who im talking about i guess )
