Subject: Stepping down as GM (not quitting)

I can't do it anymore. It is too much work, and to overcome the MC run problem, is in itself more than a handful.

We got something like 45 members now, and many of the 40-50 crowd look very solid, and the same with some of the 50-60 crowd.

I will go alot more inactive after this. I will be on guaranteed for our PvP sunday, and maybe one more day in the week for some PvE to slowly get better equipment. But I can't do more than this for now. I am picking up my project again, that has been standing still for 10 days or so. Furthermore, I am burning out on WoW, mainly because of the time it demands from me, and the incredibly little reward it is giving in return (almost impossible to build a high-level group, and weak PvP-endgame).

Best solution IMO would be if someone steps up, and we don't even tell ppl what is happening. If we are discrete, it should be doable without a noteworthy disturbance.
