Well as far as Havens go, I'll sleep pretty much wherever I can...I just need a place to base myself out of. For example: Let's say we need to pull off a major drug deal. This place could have a small recieving room for such things. Or, if I need to bring someone someplace secluded for a little...one on one questioning, I can do so in a significantly more private area of the complex. On the rare occasion that I need to dispose of a body, I'd rather be able to do whatever necessary skinning, gutting, and or cleaning in a place that's...largely mine.
Which does somewhat bring Cliff and his clinin into question. For one thing, Cliff isn't supposed to be using his clinic anymore. The Tremere have interceded and told us that Blackwell has reorganized feeding grounds such that they have what was once ours, and we have Long Island City. As such the clinic is now in someone else's territory, and it was made relatively clear to Cliff that his continued active presence there was not going to be appreciated. But he never listens to anybody, so who's to say what he's doing in practice?
Besides, the main function of this place is to provide a screen for our illegal activities, and I don't want to have to bicker with Cliff over every goddamn decision I make. As near as I can tell, this warehouse is going to be a Parker/Hannah arrangement, as I don't really want a zoo/darkroom/asylum/trauma ward complex so we can accomodate out entire coterie and the various hangers on. Speaking of which, I'm a daddy. Her name is Sarah. I believe you may have met, though don't really remember.
As far as the building itself, I'm looking into various rooms for more mundane purposes, a firing range, a combat floor (stone, of course, equally outfitted for practicing armed/unarmed, mundane/supernatural combat. Naturally, I would want to legitimately own the place, preferably with a whole dummy storage company built around it or something. For security I would like to get as creative and obnoxious as possible. Wall-mounted anything with laser targetting system, perhaps? Heh.
Why don't you let me know what you've been doing with yourself, my friend. I'm keeping my ears out for anything Blackwell related. The Sabbat have been quiet lately, at least on the public front.
One more thing... If there are any elders in your area that may have heard the name Nicodemus, and have any information they might be feeling generous with, I would be greatly appreciative.
