I'm trying to find out what the composing room was like at the old Herald-Tribune on 40th Streetin New York in the forties and fifties. Does anyone know anything about the place, or know of a site on the net where I might find veterans of that shop talking about the old days? I've got a good history of the paper, but the info on the chapel is slim. Actually, info on the atmosphere of ANY shop of that size might be helpful. Thanks for any advice.
